This role involves leading a team of SMB Account Executives focused on selling to companies between 1-200 employees, attracting, hiring, and retaining high-performing talent, and driving a high-performance culture to achieve sales goals. The manager will also support strategic account sales, coach and develop sellers, develop scalable processes, monitor sales pipeline and forecasts, and collaborate with other departments and regional representatives.
