Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive data analysis (Exploratory, Trend, and Statistical) to understand datasets, identify patterns, test hypotheses, and quantify relationships
Conduct Root Cause Analysis to investigate data anomalies or KPI changes and determine underlying reasons for business outcomes
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to track key metrics and generate regular or ad-hoc summaries
Translate complex data findings into easy-to-understand visualizations, charts, and graphs for technical and non-technical audiences
Present data-driven insights and observations to stakeholders and leadership, translating them into actionable recommendations supporting strategic business goals
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to define data requirements and establish/maintain data quality and governance standards
Implement deployment readiness program for regional rollouts, including communications, UAT, and training support for call centers
Define quality gates to ensure market readiness aligns with deployment milestones
Develop and define methods and procedures for end users to address deploying technology and operational process changes
Review and update Training Strategy to meet region-specific needs; define training plan for business continuity
Review UAT testing strategy and updates for regional differences; support UAT readiness via market Readiness checklist
Create UAT test plan, test cases, and scripts; manage testing environment requests including test accounts and data
Provide centralized defect management for on-site UAT and live trials; maintain defect/issues log and conduct daily defect reviews
Prepare and communicate daily testing status and defect reports; manage daily testing status and defect tracking
Initiate metrics baseline and ongoing collection process in region; escalate project issues and risks as appropriate
