Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive data analysis (Exploratory, Trend, and Statistical) to understand datasets, identify patterns, test hypotheses, and quantify relationships
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to investigate data anomalies or KPI changes and determine underlying reasons for business outcomes
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to track key metrics and generate regular or ad-hoc summaries
  • Translate complex data findings into easy-to-understand visualizations, charts, and graphs for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Present data-driven insights and observations to stakeholders and leadership, translating them into actionable recommendations supporting strategic business goals
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to define data requirements and establish/maintain data quality and governance standards
  • Implement deployment readiness program for regional rollouts, including communications, UAT, and training support for call centers
  • Define quality gates to ensure market readiness aligns with deployment milestones
  • Develop and define methods and procedures for end users to address deploying technology and operational process changes
  • Review and update Training Strategy to meet region-specific needs; define training plan for business continuity
  • Review UAT testing strategy and updates for regional differences; support UAT readiness via market Readiness checklist
  • Create UAT test plan, test cases, and scripts; manage testing environment requests including test accounts and data
  • Provide centralized defect management for on-site UAT and live trials; maintain defect/issues log and conduct daily defect reviews
  • Prepare and communicate daily testing status and defect reports; manage daily testing status and defect tracking
  • Initiate metrics baseline and ongoing collection process in region; escalate project issues and risks as appropriate
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles; own the customer experience by prioritizing customers and providing seamless digital options
