A Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university is required, with preferred experience in management, business, or a field related to commercial or retail real estate, and the ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, contracts, and similar documents.
The trainee must complete all aspects of the established training program, demonstrate working knowledge of General Manager responsibilities, and become proficient in managing a shopping center, including operations, marketing, leasing, and profit strategies.
Strong candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, relevant experience in management or real estate, financial analysis skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to build relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
