Must be available for on-call services
Minimum of two years' experience and/or training in apartment maintenance
Ability to speak, communicate, read, write and understand the primary languages used in the workplace including English to maintain safety and serve customers
Basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools
Ability to perform physical demands: standing, climbing, balancing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity; most work outdoors in moderate temperatures; lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Responsibilities

Efficiently perform all general maintenance tasks including service requests and turnover functions to maintain the Neighborhood and provide a quality living environment
Provide excellent customer service to make Neighbors feel at home, well-cared for, and proud to live in the Neighborhoods
Complete all phases of apartment turnovers in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and repair most major and all minor mechanical systems
Help Neighbors with basic appliance repairs and installation, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting
