Maintenance Technician I (Gospel Gardens) at WinnCompanies

This is an on-site position at Gospel Gardens, a 200-unit property in Memphis, TN, involving hands-on maintenance of rental units, common areas, grounds, and parking lots.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, less than 1 year of relevant experience, general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry, excellent customer service skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer familiarity, and availability for on-call duties.

This is a full-time role that requires availability for on-call activity during off hours and emergencies based on a pre-determined schedule.

Strong candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, hands-on knowledge in areas like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry even with less than 1 year experience, plus preferred vocational training or CAMT certification, along with excellent customer service and the ability to work with diverse people.
