  • 2+ years’ experience as a Senior Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled machine and system maintenance in accordance with the schedule and applicable procedure
  • Care for proper condition and storage of format parts for production machines
  • Perform retooling of machines in accordance with the applicable instructions
  • Perform repairs of machines in accordance with their scope and schedule
  • Maintain the continuity of machines and production lines through ongoing supervision over their operation and performance of regulatory works
  • Eliminate machine failures and engineering systems, finding, and eliminating their causes
  • Efficient use of technical documentation
  • Perform technical drawings
  • Repair of pneumatic and hydraulic systems in production equipment and electrical systems and circuits
  • Download materials from the Technical Magazine in the MERP system
  • Efficient work in the MERP system within the scope of granted rights
  • Identification of potential threats in the scope of good manufacturing practices and employee health and services
  • Participation in validation processes and implementation of new technologies
  • Maintain labor standards to ensure efficiency and quality of work
  • Report ideas for improving production processes and work organization
  • Complete production documentation in accordance with applicable standards
  • Perform all work in compliance with applicable safety and fire safety regulations
