Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 1 year of proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts (5:00am - 5:00pm) on a 3/2/2 schedule, overtime, and occasional weekends
  • Compliance with cleanroom standards (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc.)
  • Ability to work in environment with loud noises and wear PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using proven tracking systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
