HS Diploma/GED or equivalent
1 year of proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Willing to work 12-hour shifts (5:00am - 5:00pm) on a 3/2/2 schedule, overtime, and occasional weekends
Compliance with cleanroom standards (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc.)
Ability to work in environment with loud noises and wear PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using proven tracking systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
