Requirements

  • Experienced in technical skills for troubleshooting, repairing, and updating company assets including processes, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, piping, and support systems
  • Knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and building infrastructure
  • Ability to exhibit high level of detail and involvement in continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity
  • Ability to independently read and interpret technical data including vendor manuals, P&ID’s (piping & instrumentation drawings), and procedures
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards, state and local building codes, and NFPA 70E (Standards for Electrical Safety in the Workplace)
  • Availability for 3rd shift (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities

  • Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure full compliance with company safety policies and procedures
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and equipment (electrical and mechanical) as assigned to ensure functional performance, appearance, and safe conditions
  • Maintain, repair, and ensure functionality of the physical plant and associated support systems by performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on structural components such as HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, conduct AC/DC troubleshooting and repairs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other building infrastructure systems
  • Respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues as necessary, and coordinate with team members, vendors, or contractors when necessary
  • Maintain all necessary records on equipment and maintenance
  • Work closely with engineering, production, purchasing, and other departments as a member of the organizational team
