Requirements

Age: 18 years or older
Basic computer skills
Ensuring complete physical safety of oneself and co-workers at all times
Knowledge of inspecting machinery for proper performance, detecting faults and malfunctions
Ability to diagnose malfunctions using testing equipment
Experience writing technical reports understandable for non-technical audiences
Familiarity with performing regular machine maintenance, including corrections and alterations
Strong time management: showing up on time, completing tasks by deadlines, adapting to changes with minimal supervision
Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills
Strong coordination: working well with others to meet team goals and adjusting to changes
Physical ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to perform frequent movements including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing
Ability to work while wearing personal protective equipment
Ability to work across temperature zones (cold/hot) for extended periods, including dusty environments
Availability for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, M-F), including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
