Requirements

1 year of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent experience
Education preferred: 1 year of industrial maintenance education (e.g., industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school) in lieu of experience
Basic computer skills for logging information, processing daily work orders, completing required documentation, and utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Effective communication skills and basic math skills
Must reside in the US (no sponsorship offered)
Prior Team Members will not be considered
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; lift 20 lbs. frequently
Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day
Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop
Repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling
Frequent overhead work
Ability to work in temperatures from -25 degrees to over 100 degrees inside the plant; outside work may be needed
Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team
Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment
Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed
Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment
Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals
Minimize downtime due to equipment failure
