Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skilled duties in the maintenance/repair and modification of equipment, HVAC units, building’s utility systems, and grounds
- Construct various items requiring carpentry and wood finishing skills
- Follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment, as well as the necessary documentation as required in permanent files
- Manage the housekeeping department to maintain the facility in a clean and safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors
