Valid California driver’s license
Three to five years' experience in operation and maintenance of physical plant in health care setting or major industrial complex
Proficient in at least two building trades, with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skilled duties in the maintenance/repair and modification of equipment, HVAC units, building’s utility systems, and grounds
Construct various items requiring carpentry and wood finishing skills
Follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment, as well as the necessary documentation as required in permanent files
Manage the housekeeping department to maintain the facility in a clean and safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors
