Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months)
Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
Ability and willingness to work on demand in emergency situations
Ability and willingness to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
Able to complete all paperwork CMMS/SAP functions
Must be willing and able to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level up to 40 pounds frequently
Must be willing and able to lift with arms up to floor to waist and waist to shoulder up to 40 pounds
The Team Member will use both hands for rapid mental muscular coordination, simultaneously
The Team Member will reach high and low levels, frequently
The Team Member will constantly stand/stoop/walk/bend up to 10 hours
The Team Member will climb stairs
The Team Member will work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 10 degrees

Responsibilities

Complete electrical installation work, both construction and remodeling in accordance with electrical codes
Provide a written record of work and materials used by job completion
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment throughout plant
Responsible for preventative maintenance, change out, and set up of equipment
Complete electrical and mechanical repairs
Repair or replace components
Modify existing equipment that is no longer efficient or compatible with current production needs
Keep all work areas clean
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements
Perform all positions of job rotation as needed
Perform any other work as assigned by management
