  • Legal certification for boiler operation

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain utility systems such as boilers, chillers, and other critical infrastructure
  • Perform breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance on DC facilities such as ASRS, conveyor, fire protection system, and electrical equipment
  • Monitor equipment performance and conduct root cause analysis for failures
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations, maintaining required certifications
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance support and troubleshooting
  • Manage inventory for spare parts and critical components
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve facility reliability and efficiency
