The role involves working in cleanrooms with strict GMP rules (no hair products, jewelry, etc.), cold rooms/freezers at -22°F/-6°C, fluctuating temperatures, loud noises, PPE requirements, hazardous materials, heights, and various weather conditions.

Strong candidates should have skills in maintenance engineering, problem-solving, lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, GMP documentation, 5S standards, and experience working in cleanrooms or with hazardous materials.
