Responsibilities

Daily Coordination: Guide and support the maintenance and tool room teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Preventive Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with production and suppliers. Track progress and validate completion
Performance Monitoring: Analyze key maintenance metrics like downtime, uptime, and OEE to identify trends and opportunities
Problem Solving: Use Pareto and root cause analysis to address recurring issues and develop actionable improvement plans
TPM Development: Strengthen our Total Productive Maintenance system through regular inspections, interventions, training, and preventive strategies
Team Development: Build and maintain a capability matrix for the maintenance and tool room teams. Manage training and succession planning to ensure long-term team strength
