NIMS/Journeyman/Trade School Certification preferred
4 or more years of experience with CNC and Conventional machines and equipment
Intermediate computer skills, including SAP or similar ERP systems and MS Office
Working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and Metrology
Export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology under ITAR and EAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, Asylee or Refugee, National of a country not prohibited, or Person approved for an export license)

Responsibilities

Operate multiple CNC and conventional machines and/or equipment
Evaluate equipment needs and ensure suitable replacement parts are available
Make process suggestions for programming new and existing product
Prioritize production orders or processing requirements and respond accordingly
Setup, run, inspect, and clean orders as needed
Train other employees on proper equipment operation and/or setup
Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on a regular basis
Lead machine safety and workplace compliance requirements
Maintain an inventory of tooling and fixtures
Work effectively with vendors in ordering and acquiring tooling
