Minimum high school education (SMA or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC (Computer Numerical Control)
Skills to translate blueprint dimensions into CNC machine programs
Good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Proficiency in using measuring tools
Availability to work in a rotating shift system
Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): frequent active movement throughout the factory, including climbing stairs and ladders, lifting equipment, pushing and pulling equipment

Responsibilities

Operate various machining equipment, including CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines
Perform diverse processes on sheet metal such as forming, laser cutting, counter-boring, reaming, tapping, and punching
Read and interpret machining programs, tool layouts, coded instructions, and technical blueprints to run machines accurately
Operate machines manually for rework or to complete unfinished processes
Perform self-inspections on work results to ensure compliance with standards and available blueprints
Comply with established safety and quality standards
Support the implementation of 5S programs and various business process improvement initiatives
