Requirements

  • Minimum high school education (SMA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC (Computer Numerical Control)
  • Skills to translate blueprint dimensions into CNC machine programs
  • Good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • Proficiency in using measuring tools
  • Availability to work in a rotating shift system
  • Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): frequent active movement throughout the factory, including climbing stairs and ladders, lifting equipment, pushing and pulling equipment

Responsibilities

  • Operate various machining equipment, including CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines
  • Perform diverse processes on sheet metal such as forming, laser cutting, counter-boring, reaming, tapping, and punching
  • Read and interpret machining programs, tool layouts, coded instructions, and technical blueprints to run machines accurately
  • Operate machines manually for rework or to complete unfinished processes
  • Perform self-inspections on work results to ensure compliance with standards and available blueprints
  • Comply with established safety and quality standards
  • Support the implementation of 5S programs and various business process improvement initiatives
