Starting pay is $20.37 per hour, with an increase after the first 3 months. Shift differentials are $1.15/hr for 2nd shift and $1.50/hr for 3rd shift.
2nd shift is Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, and 3rd shift is Sunday night to Friday morning from 10pm to 6:30am. Training is on first shift, and the role may involve 12-hour days, overtime, weekends, or early/late adjustments based on production needs.
Requirements include 1+ year of manufacturing experience, comfort with 12-hour days and standing/walking for long periods, ability to work in hot environments, bend/twist/kneel safely, basic computer/math/reading/writing skills, overtime/weekend availability, and wearing required PPE.
