Requirements

3 months work history with the same employer
Willing and able to perform physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems
Willing and able to work in warm temperatures (65-90 degrees), wet and humid conditions, slippery floors, concrete floors, airborne particles, and noise levels requiring hearing protection

Responsibilities

Operate machines in the Corn/Flour department
Closely monitor machines, make necessary adjustments, and promptly report issues to supervisor or lead
Maintain various log sheets
Ensure safety as a team member
Document and calculate results accurately
Take corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, and isolate non-conforming product)
Report results to management
Perform any additional assignments requested
