Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with applied machine learning models, proficiency in programming languages (Python, SQL) and statistical analysis, and a pragmatic, product-oriented mindset focused on building and shipping ML systems that deliver measurable business impact. Effective communication skills are also required to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and develop machine learning models to infer and assess user attributes, utilize diverse signals to create predictive features, conduct and analyze experiments to validate model impact, partner with software engineers to deploy models, and collaborate with the Ads Privacy team to ensure compliance with privacy policies. You will also contribute to the development of the Audience Intelligence Engine by synthesizing signals into unified user profiles.
