Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics, along with at least 3 years of applied AI/ML experience, including developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models into production, or a PhD in a related field. They should have a deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics concepts, demonstrated by a proven track record of problem-solving using these methods. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, Java, or SQL is required, as is experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, SparkML, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Responsibilities

The Machine Learning Engineer will develop innovative models in collaboration with Adobe Research, design and deploy applications powered by predictive and generative models, particularly focusing on autonomous agents and agentic frameworks for adaptive decision-making. They will implement ML-Ops best practices to ensure scalable and reliable machine learning workflows, engage in the entire product lifecycle from architecture to production operations, understand data to recommend appropriate predictive models and governance approaches, and collaborate with research and product teams to solve complex problems.
