Responsibilities

Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and execute mobility-related meetings and events, both virtual and in-person, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to manage event logistics, scheduling, and communications
Logistics Management: Coordinate venue bookings, travel arrangements, catering, and technology setup to facilitate smooth event execution
Agenda & Content Preparation: Assist in developing meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Event Support: Provide on-site or virtual support during meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and addressing any logistical challenges
Communication & Reporting: Maintain event records, track key metrics, and provide post-event reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline event planning processes and enhance the overall efficiency of mobility meetings and engagements
Budget & Compliance: Support budget tracking for events and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
