Extensive experience in finance integration, financial systems implementation, or related roles
Proven track record of managing complex integration projects
Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Understanding of accounting principles, controls and financial reporting
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for financial systems and processes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and systems
Identify potential integration risks and develop mitigation strategies
Analyse existing financial systems and processes to identify integration requirements
Design and configure financial systems to meet integration objectives
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion
Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users during and after integration
