Requirements

  • Experience in system verification and validation planning
  • Experience working with Antenna Vendors (SOW, SRR, Test Requirements, Test Plans, Test Results, RVTM reviews)
  • Knowledge of RF and system-level testing
  • Ability to develop system and sub-system verification matrices
  • Coordination and participation in OTA Test Planning and activities
  • Experience with test automation processes
  • Understanding of LEOP and IOT activities
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to support other technical staff
  • Experience with component and subsystem design and test activities
  • Familiarity with configuring test equipment

Responsibilities

  • Issue recommendations and have influence on the system verification and validation of the Telesat LEO system
  • Work with various Antenna Vendors to support SOW, SRR, Test Requirements, Test Plans, Test Results and RVTM reviews
  • Follow up on the integration of the Antenna with other components (Modem, and other interfaces)
  • Work with other segments to support the development of internal Test Plans and verification methods
  • Support Over The Air (OTA) Test Planning and activities, including test automation processes
  • Support System Acceptance Planning activities for the LEOP and IOT
  • Develop system and sub-system verification matrices against system requirements
  • Coordinate and participate in RF and system-level testing activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Serve as an RF expert and support other technical staff as required
  • Play an active role in component and subsystem design and test activities
