Requirements
Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience implementing LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, along with a strong understanding of retail operations, POS systems, and inventory management. Proficiency in business analysis, requirement gathering, and functional documentation is required, and hands-on experience with data migration, UAT, and end-user training is also necessary. Technical knowledge of AL programming for Business Central customization and experience with third-party integrations are considered nice to have.
Responsibilities
The Retail & Business Central Functional Consultant will implement and configure LS Retail within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, analyze client business processes, customize workflows and functionalities, support data migration, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). They will also perform business and system analysis, translate business needs into functional specifications, document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams for system integration. Furthermore, the consultant will train end-users on LS Retail functionalities, provide post-implementation support, and offer ongoing consultancy to help clients optimize their LS Retail operations, while also reporting directly to the General Manager and documenting all configurations and user guides.
