Responsibilities

  • Comply with the quality policy:
  • Comply with the personnel training plan under their charge
  • Ensure certifications of personnel under their charge
  • Know the release reports based on the minimum quality requirements matrix
  • Know the product inspection at the indicated frequency based on the quality requirements matrix
  • Know and master the CAO system
  • Know the fan method with the magnifier on
  • Know the cable tying method based on the tying formation guide
  • Know the method for placing the bottle cap (protective cup) for sensitive terminals
  • Know the machine quality system as applicable
  • Know the ANDON system
  • Comply with the production plan:
  • Master and comply with the OEE metric
  • Know and master the correct categorization of downtime in the CAO
  • Master and comply with machine speeds based on the BOP
  • Master and comply with changeover in a time equal to or less than 8 minutes
  • Comply with action plans on time for metrics out of target in the wire cutting area (e.g., OEE, Uptime THG, Changeover, Scrap)
  • Comply with the 5S in the work area:
  • Ensure effective area maintenance routines for the wire cutting area
  • Safety:
  • Ensure safety routines or checklists that provide safety for all employees
  • Ensure all personnel use the required PPE
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas of opportunity that can be improved
  • Ensure compliance with the established inventory reliability objective
  • Ensure 0 impacts from downtime on secondary lead prep and final assembly areas
  • Administer personnel, raw materials, and company tools, working daily to meet +SQDIPK objectives, improve areas of opportunity, and manage process-specific situations using problem-solving tools (PDCA, PS, PPS, etc.) to meet requirements and customer satisfaction
