Requirements

  • 2 or more years of professional experience performing data analytics and building user interfaces, visualizations, and data algorithms
  • Hands-on experience building applications or workflows in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Quickbase, Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate)
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL, schema design, entity relationships, joins)
  • Experience with data extraction and analysis technologies such as SAS, SPSS, QlikView, Hadoop, SQL or similar tools
  • Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Databricks) and their integration capabilities
  • Detail-oriented mindset with demonstrable problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Clear oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development of a cloud-based analytics platform
  • Builds interactive visualizations and front-end software applications for stakeholder engagement
  • Performs analytics based on stakeholder needs
  • Designs and develops apps and automation in the Quickbase platform and the Microsoft Power Platform to support new Medicaid market implementations
  • Maintains compliance
  • Enables new efficiencies and process excellence to the existing Medicaid book of business
  • Develops internal audit tools to support clinical compliance
  • Develops custom CRM applications for community engagement, member outreach, and the provider service model
  • Develops workflow management tools supporting various operations that require cloud-based solutions
