4 Year / Bachelors Degree
Experience in systems and business process analysis and design
Understanding of Credit Union business operations, products, and compliance requirements
Ability to translate functional specifications into technical specifications
Proficiency in software development tools and programming languages
Ability to create test plans and participate in testing
Ability to train users on applications and hardware/software operations
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements

Responsibilities

Performs systems and business process analysis and design
Develops, programs, implements, enhances, and maintains custom applications
Designs and develops software, writes, and tests program code
Develops logic and validation criteria and designs custom reports
Creates test plans and participates in unit, systems, interface, and integration testing
Prepares instructions for Data Center staff on installation and operational procedures
Provides technical assistance to the Data Center and users
Trains users on applications and hardware/software operations
Develops enhancements and performs maintenance on applications
Conducts code review walkthroughs with other development staff
Performs final implementation walkthroughs
Maintains a professional image and demeanor
Delivers friendly, caring service to internal and external members
Complies with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies
Follows physical and online security procedures and maintains confidentiality
Completes required training programs
Works scheduled hours and maintains punctuality
Performs other related duties as assigned
