Responsibilities

  • Performs systems and business process analysis and design
  • Develops, programs, implements, enhances, and maintains custom applications
  • Designs and develops software, writes, and tests program code
  • Develops logic and validation criteria and designs custom reports
  • Creates test plans and participates in unit, systems, interface, and integration testing
  • Prepares instructions for Data Center staff on installation and operational procedures
  • Provides technical assistance to the Data Center and users
  • Trains users on applications and hardware/software operations
  • Develops enhancements and performs maintenance on applications
  • Conducts code review walkthroughs with other development staff
  • Performs final implementation walkthroughs
  • Maintains a professional image and demeanor
  • Delivers friendly, caring service to internal and external members
  • Complies with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies
  • Follows physical and online security procedures and maintains confidentiality
  • Completes required training programs
  • Works scheduled hours and maintains punctuality
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
