Responsibilities

Perform merchandise protection procedures and monitor entrance and exit activity
Provide superior customer service to members, including greeting, assisting, and thanking them promptly, friendly, and professionally
Resolve member concerns courteously and timely, escalating to management when necessary
Review and maintain the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards
Follow BEST procedures (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, and thanking the member), including cross-checking merchandise to register receipts and verifying high dollar value items
Record register receipt discrepancies and notify frontline to rectify immediately
Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery according to company procedures
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Ensure execution of daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards (fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean; grand opening look daily; clean and organized inside and out)
