Responsibilities

  • Perform merchandise protection procedures and monitor entrance and exit activity
  • Provide superior customer service to members, including greeting, assisting, and thanking them promptly, friendly, and professionally
  • Resolve member concerns courteously and timely, escalating to management when necessary
  • Review and maintain the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards
  • Follow BEST procedures (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, and thanking the member), including cross-checking merchandise to register receipts and verifying high dollar value items
  • Record register receipt discrepancies and notify frontline to rectify immediately
  • Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery according to company procedures
  • Deliver service excellence through all points of contact, resolve and deescalate member concerns
  • Ensure execution of daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards (fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean; grand opening look daily; clean and organized inside and out)
