Requirements

Act as Safety Officer (Technical) for logistics and warehouse teams, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards
Lead EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives, including risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
Knowledge of logistics KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), OTD (On Time Delivery), Delivery Quality, and Productivity
Experience in warehouse management, including 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
Ability to analyze logistics data, prepare reports, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Monitor and drive performance against key logistics KPIs: OTIF, OTD, Delivery Quality, Productivity
Analyze logistics data and prepare regular reports for management
Implement corrective actions for KPI deviations and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee daily cycle counts and month-end inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Maintain and improve warehouse 5S standards
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Manage warehouse staff scheduling, training, and performance
Develop and deliver safety training and awareness programs for team members
Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all logistics and warehouse activities
