Requirements
- Logistics or planning background preferred
- Microsoft Office experience (specifically Microsoft Excel)
- Solid experience using SAP (to be proved)
- English: Negotiation level required
- Technical or Economics degree (supply chain complementary certifications or studies strongly valued)
- Strong operational mindset and ability to work perfectly coordinated with the team
- Open-minded, able to work in complex environments with pressure
- Able to take the right decisions with minimal direct/constant supervision
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Availability to be several days per week at the central warehouse in Barcelona province
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the right processes in different warehouses according to Ecolab policies
- Act as liaison with 3PLs to ensure operational procedures (3PLs integrated at different levels per operational needs)
- Closely follow up on Inbound & Outbound processes and provide solutions to operational issues
- Manage and solve stock discrepancies
- Manage customer delivery performance (and customer returns)
- Manage and solve transportation issues
- Report any safety issue according to Ecolab policies
- Manage material creation at warehouse level in SAP
- Maintain customer information in SAP
- Create operational events in SAP
