5 years import and export logistics job experience
Experience in freight forwarding and freight forwarder management
China import and export experience preferred
ERP experience including SAP, Oracle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proven track record of successfully implementing logistics strategies in a competitive environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambitious workplace

Responsibilities

Manage bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers in a timely manner
Review and prepare full set of Shipping Documentation for air/ocean/truck import/export shipments
Coordinate international shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and handle any issues with transportation
Handle logistics team on daily logistics operation
Experience with customs declaration including Tradelink
