Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations or process improvement roles
- Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation processes, including control systems
- Proven ability to implement process standardization and productivity initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)
