Our Laboratory Services team - through the expertise of scientists, industry thought-leaders and therapeutic experts - has a direct impact on improving health, cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

  • Supports the day-to-day operations of shipments containing clinical trial supplies and samples.
  • Ensures a high level of support, service, reliability, and availability to internal departments.
  • Acts as the direct point of contact for couriers for tracking, receiving, and reporting concerns related to inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Reports to Team Lead Site Services or above.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years general logistics experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent client service skills.
    • Intermediate level of computer literacy.
    • Accurate data entry skills.
    • Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills in the English language.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision-making.
    • Proven negotiation and problem resolution skills.
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices is an advantage.
