Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Proficiency in intermediate English, strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the clinical supply process, excellent organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are necessary. The role also requires good analytical skills, a strong customer service orientation with attention to detail, adaptability to change and high-pressure situations, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

The Logistics Coordinator will provide support to clinical supplies operations and administrative activities throughout the study lifecycle. This includes coordinating and performing logistics and administrative tasks, supporting daily operations for study drug, comparator, and ancillary management, and ensuring all activities comply with company good practices and client requirements. Responsibilities also include completing ongoing training, participating in department project teams, liaising cross-functionally, overseeing drug product/medical device receipt, ordering, storage, labeling, inventory management, distribution, return accountability, and destruction. The coordinator will track inventories and expiration dates, issue monthly status reports, arrange supply purchases, maintain metrics reports, and ensure accurate data entry in electronic management systems.
