Requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience in corporate office setting or other applicable experience such as an internship or a community/school leadership position
  • Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred
  • Prior direct sales or customer service experience
  • MS Office Suite proficiency
  • Ability to work with multiple computer screens and different platforms
  • Previous experience in the financial and/or mortgage industries preferred
  • Ability to secure and maintain NMLS licensing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Live within 60 miles of the Pulte Mortgage Office in Englewood, Colorado
  • Pass the standardized SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act test
  • Obtain a minimum of 3 state licenses (involves additional testing and background check clearance)
