This is a Fee for Service (W2) position with a range of $40,000 - $55,000, which could vary based on number of sessions and bonus opportunities. Total compensation includes a flat rate and two bonus opportunities based on session volume and licensure.
Clinicians must reside within 45 minutes of the office in Munster, IN, work full-time 30 hours/week (25 client visits + 5 hours admin), in-office during probationary period, then hybrid (50% in office, 50% remote). They need to live in Indiana.
Candidates need to be provisionally licensed LMHCA in Indiana, graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program, approved by the board, with required post-graduate experience treating depression and anxiety, and preferred experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per DSM under supervision.
