Responsibilities
As a Live Design Support Specialist, you will partner with doctors during live sessions to review designs, refine treatment plans, and address complex cases, ensuring both aesthetic and functional outcomes are met. You will provide immediate solutions and build confidence in Dandy’s digital tools, offer personalized and empathetic support to doctors managing aesthetic or challenging cases, and foster trust through direct interaction. Furthermore, you will resolve potential miscommunication issues by facilitating real-time, clear, and thoughtful discussions and ensure seamless collaboration and satisfaction, especially in cases requiring multiple design revisions or where alignment has been challenging.
