Responsibilities

Coordinate limousine reservations with casino hosts and VIP personnel
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities
Communicate with drivers via two-way radios and manage multi-line phone systems
Use computer software to track flight information, review reservations, and map routes
Order additional limousines for special events as needed
Train new dispatchers on operational procedures and systems
Prioritize guest reservations and assign requests efficiently
Assist with incoming calls and ensure appropriate inquiries are managed
