Responsibilities

  • Leads internal projects to ensure they meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing
  • Manages corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues
  • Drives process implementation for new and improved service offerings by designing workflows, bringing innovative tools and AI techniques
  • Enables successful lifecycle project deployments from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Owns Lifecycle Services Process for Day 1 activities
  • Assesses existing processes to identify areas for improvement and designs new or enhanced service processes (Process ownership, Analysis & Improvement)
  • Leads and manages multiple innovation projects simultaneously, from concept and development to implementation and handover to production, ensuring successful execution and alignment with SLAs (Project & Initiative Management)
  • Acts as a champion for innovation by promoting best practices, encouraging creativity, and creating a supportive environment for experimentation and new ideas (Fostering Innovation Culture)
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and senior leadership (Stakeholder Engagement)
  • Monitors and reports on the success of innovation initiatives, adapting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement (Performance Monitoring)
  • Manages internal projects with very large/complex/multiple regions or global scope, including definition of strategy to achieve sponsors’ vision of end-state transformation (high/very high risk)
  • Manages project financials including business impact, meets or exceeds approved budgets, and provides reliable financial forecasts to Management
  • Manages complex multi-function stakeholder relationships
