Requirements

Experience leading enterprise software implementations in the Life Sciences industry
Proven track record implementing or integrating regulated systems such as RIMS, QMS, PLM, ERP, or labeling management tools
Hands-on experience managing GxP-validated systems, including authoring or reviewing validation deliverables
Strong understanding of regulatory affairs, quality assurance, product lifecycle management, and data governance within pharma or med device contexts
Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and workflow automation in complex system landscapes
Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable validation/compliance certifications (e.g., CSV)

Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle implementation projects — from requirements definition and scoping to validation, go-live, and post-deployment support — ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
Life Sciences Expertise: Apply deep understanding of regulated Life Sciences business processes, including regulatory submissions, labeling management, product registration, quality event handling, and device master record maintenance
Systems Integration: Design and oversee integrations between LexisNexis solutions and customer enterprise systems such as RIMS, QMS, LIMS, PLM, ERP, and Supply Chain platforms, using APIs or middleware to ensure accurate and compliant data exchange
GxP Validation Oversight: Lead validation strategy and execution, including requirements definition, risk assessments, and authoring/review of validation deliverables (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ). Ensure full traceability and adherence to regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485)
Client Process Mapping & Optimization: Collaborate with client process owners to document and optimize end-to-end workflows that integrate regulatory, labeling, and quality data flows, ensuring efficiency
