This is an on-site position at the Wolf Creek Water Reclamation Facility in Abingdon, Virginia, with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and requirements for on-call duty, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Candidates need a High School Degree or Equivalent, valid Virginia Driver's License, a valid Virginia Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators license (Class 2 or 1) or ability to obtain one, 3+ years’ experience in wastewater operations preferred, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and ability to perform analytical testing and work independently.
