Provide excellent member service in person and over the phone, explaining exam fee procedures openly and honestly
Take measurements, select correct frames for Rx power, read prescriptions on lensometer
Notify members timely of product readiness, advance orders in system (received, notified, dispensed), and handle money transactions
Educate patients on product benefits and recommend products to deliver sales and metric goals
Support club policies, ensure safe/positive environment, resolve member concerns, maintain GOLD club standards (clean, stocked, planograms, signage)
Access and understand production/financial performance reporting for the department
