Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and other optical products to adults and children based on prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
Advise and assist patients with lenses and spectacle frames (style, weight, color)
Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original, and ensure accurate system information
Complete proper order filing procedures using the ABC system
Provide excellent member service in person and over the phone, explaining exam fee procedures openly and honestly
Take measurements, select correct frames for Rx power, read prescriptions on lensometer
Notify members timely of product readiness, advance orders in the system, and handle money transactions
Educate patients on product benefits and recommend products to meet sales and metric goals
Support club policies, flawless execution, accountability, honesty, integrity, and escalation of concerns
Ensure safe, positive environment, embrace inclusion/diversity, collaborate as a team, and deliver GOLD club standards (e.g., stocking, planograms, signage, cleanliness)
