Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and optical products to adults and children based on prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
Advise and assist patients with lenses and frames (style, weight, color)
Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original, and ensure accurate system information
Complete proper order filing under the ABC system
Provide excellent member service in person and over the phone, explaining exam fees honestly
Take measurements, select frames, read prescriptions on lensometer
Notify members timely of product readiness, advance orders in system (received, notified, dispensed), and handle money transactions
Educate patients on product benefits and recommend products to meet sales and metric goals
Support club standards: flawless execution, accountability, honesty, safety, GAA (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), maintain clean/organized environment, accurate signage, and planograms
Carry out assigned job functions, escalate concerns, and work collaboratively as a team
