Responsibilities
- Dispense spectacles and optical products to adults and children based on prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
- Advise and assist patients with lenses and frames (style, weight, color)
- Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original, and ensure accurate system information
- Complete proper order filing under the ABC system
- Provide excellent member service in person and over the phone, explaining exam fees honestly
- Take measurements, select frames, read prescriptions on lensometer
- Notify members timely of product readiness, advance orders in system (received, notified, dispensed), and handle money transactions
- Educate patients on product benefits and recommend products to meet sales and metric goals
- Support club standards: flawless execution, accountability, honesty, safety, GAA (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), maintain clean/organized environment, accurate signage, and planograms
- Carry out assigned job functions, escalate concerns, and work collaboratively as a team
