Ability to provide excellent member service in person and over the phone, explain procedures, and maintain a friendly demeanor
Understanding of club policies, procedures, compliance, and GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Ability to handle order filing (ABC system), product readiness notifications, order advancement, and money transactions

Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and other optical products to adults and children based on prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
Advise and assist patients with lenses and spectacle frames, including style, weight, and color
Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original prescription, and ensure accuracy in the system
Complete proper order filing procedures under the correct ABC system
Deliver sales through excellent member service in person and over the phone, explaining exam fee procedures openly and honestly
Take measurements, assure correct frame selection for Rx power, read prescriptions on the lensometer
Provide timely notification of product readiness, advance orders in the system (received, notified, dispensed)
Handle all money-related transactions properly
Support club policies, procedures, compliance, and flawless execution
Ensure a safe, positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, and work as a team to achieve goals and GOLD club standards (e.g., stocking, planograms, signage, cleanliness)
