Requirements

Candidates must be licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agents with a valid LLQP, and possess 1-4 years of experience in insurance or a related industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience managing a high-volume pipeline, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to manage objections are essential. Openness to obtaining licensing in Quebec is also required.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Life Insurance Advisor will educate prospective clients on their insurance needs, answer questions, and guide them through PolicyMe’s products and digital platform. They will manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads, track conversations and applications using HubSpot, and recommend appropriate coverage through a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities also include maintaining high-quality service across phone, email, and SMS, collaborating with teammates to improve workflows, and ensuring customers receive honest, helpful service.
