Requirements

  • Active 220 or 2044 Insurance License (required)
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry
  • Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle 70–100 inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance and support in both English and Spanish
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy
  • Process and issue insurance documents including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors with accuracy and efficiency
  • Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery
