Requirements

  • Ability to attend university on a block release basis (requires travel)
  • Located at or able to work at the Peterborough facility (PE1 5FQ)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a rotational training programme experiencing functions within Supply Chain and Logistics, including Orders Management, Material Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Data Analytics, Exports, Imports, Despatch Planning, Global Material Distribution, Packaging, and New Product Introduction
  • Learn from and work closely with experts and key process partners/teams
  • Spend at least 20% of working hours on university-based learning leading to a Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship certificate and BA (Hons) in Business Management
  • Gain on-the-job training supported by mentors
  • Upon completion, apply for Chartered Manager status
