This role requires availability to work rotating shifts between 7am and 11pm as part of 24x7, 365 days a year support alongside L1 technicians.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field, 3–5 years of experience in networking or network operations, CCNA certification (CCNP or CIPE a plus), and experience in a multi-vendor environment.
Proficiency with Cisco networking devices is required, along with working knowledge of Palo Alto, Meraki, F5 technologies, and Riverbed SteelHead appliances; experience with HPN devices, Checkpoint, and BlueCoat is optional or an advantage.
