Requirements
- Australian citizenship (mandatory)
- Availability to work rotating shifts between 7am and 11pm
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in networking or network operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in a multi-vendor environment
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks
- CCNA certification required; CCNP or CIPE certification is a plus
- Technical proficiency in Cisco networking devices
- Working knowledge of Palo Alto, Meraki and similar
- HPN devices (H3C, ProCurve, 3Com, Aruba) – optional
- F5 technologies
- Riverbed SteelHead appliances
- Experience with Checkpoint and BlueCoat is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and analyze network performance and health
- Ensure data integrity across systems and platforms
- Serve as technical lead during Severity 1 and 2 incidents
- Participate in Change and Emergency Work Order (EWO) review boards
- Implement approved network changes and enhancements
- Drive problem management and root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives
- Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
- Investigate, diagnose, and validate escalated incidents
